A Case Study on Social Media Text Analytics -- using Samsung Galaxy S4 as an example

The text feeds from Twitter and Facebook have been great sources for text analysis. Given the richness of data from such sources, text analytics has been widely discussed in the analytical community. The contextual nature of words, however, makes drawing conclusive insights on let's say, sentiments, rather difficult.

This Tiger Analytics case study covers text analytics on the recently launched Samsung S4. In the presentation we illustrate a comprehensive analysis of Twitter data using techniques like word cloud, word association and topic modelling for the S4.
